Laurel Village The apartment-style units offer students an individual bedroom, in either a two bedroom (full size bed) one bath or four bedroom (extra long twin) two bath unit. For residents that need full year housing we offer a full year contract, that are housed Laurel Village buildings 1 and 2.

Free laundry facilities. Laundry services are located in each facility and are for Chaparral Village, Laurel Village, and Alvarez Hall residents. You will need your ID card to access the laundry facilities.

All lease obligations remain the responsibility of the tenant and not UTSA, regardless of whether an academic term is delayed, interrupted, and/or delivered totally or partially online. Only one lease application can be submitted, either for UTSA Housing and Residence Life OR University Oaks Apartments.
