While I agree that Planet X bikes aren’t any less reliable than others, it is fair to point out that they only offer two year warranty on their frames (5 years titanium) where plenty of other manufacturers go further – eg I recently had a Fuji frame fail after four years which was replaced without issue.

Who makes Planet x Carbon frames?
We work with Roberto Bilatto, an Italian frame builder who’s now living and working in China, and who helped us develop the N2A and Exocet models. And our longest standing carbon frame, the Pro Carbon is built by the same company we’ve used on that model from day one.
Are Planet x any good?
In a wind tunnel the Planet X EC-130E might not be the most aero aero bike in the world, but it’s all the better for it. It’s great fun to ride and blisteringly fast, but with the brakes in their normal places and no fussy cable routing, it’s great to live with too.

Are on one bikes good?
On-One Fleegle bars are nothing short of odd but they do feel good once you get used to them and they are truly wide. In-house kit rounds out the stem, seat post and grips. Wheels are by On-One as well and excellent Kenda Nevegals finish things off. The overall build is reasonably light weighing in at 30.4lbs.
