The pitch fee you pay will vary depending upon factors such as the location of the holiday home, the park, or the length of the season. Our current pitch fees range from £2,600 to £9,294 per year. You may pay this in full or by a direct debit scheme through our partners Orchard Funding and Premium Credit.
Can you live on a Parkdean Resorts?
Owners can holiday as often as they like within their specified holiday season and the terms of their pitch licence agreement. Parkdean Resorts holiday parks are not residential parks and holiday homes cannot be occupied as a permanent residence.

What is a pitch fee?
A. A pitch fee is the amount you pay to keep your holiday home at the park for the year and it includes having water and electricity available at your holiday home, plus winter storage for parks that don’t have a 12 month season.
How long can you keep a caravan on a Parkdean site?
You can keep your holiday home on our holiday parks for the duration of your licence length agreement. The licence length (also known as tenure) will be specified when you buy your caravan or lodge. As a general guide, the tenure is usually 20 years on brand new holiday homes.
How long can you stay in a caravan on your own land?
You are legally entitled to stay in the caravan for 28 days without issue. You are also allowed to stay in it when it is related to the land. A good example is during lambing season, you may be required to be close all the time during that period. Outside of good reasons like this, there may well be issues.
