US DDD is equivalent to a UK E. So if you’re ordering a UK brand bra that’s being sold in UK sizing, you’ll want 34E. Some US brands mark their cup sizes D, DD, DDD, G, which means they consider DDD an F cup. Similarly, others will label their cup sizes D, DD/E, DDD/F, G.

Is E cup bigger than D cup?
A DD is a cup size smaller than an E (assuming you kept the same band size i.e and 32DD is smaller than a 32E). DDD is where it gets confusing, some brands don’t run that size (here in the U.K., anyway) so a DDD would be equivalent to an E.
Is there a size E bra?
To further confuse things, in standard U.S. sizing there are no E or F cups. A breast measurement 5 inches larger than the band size is a DD and a breast measurement 6 inches larger than the band size is a DDD. Some European brands do have E and F cups.
Is 36A the same as 34B?
Another example, a 34B and 36A are the same cup size. The only difference is the band size. The 36 is a bigger band size than the 34.
