How does the ShopRite from Home app work?

ShopRite From Home allows you to shop for your groceries through the ShopRite website or the app. A trained personal shopper will gather up your items and have them ready for you to pick up at a store near you or for a delivery driver to drop them off at your door. You are free to choose your scheduled pickup or delivery time.

Can you add a tip to a ShopRite order?

There is no option to add a tip to your ShopRite online order whether you choose curbside pickup or delivery. We contacted ShopRite’s customer service, and the agent stated that it is against the store policy for employees to accept tips.

How old do you have to be to get a ShopRite from home order?

An adult 18 years or older must be present at the time of delivery to receive a ShopRite from Home delivery order. Orders will not be left with minors or outside of a home unattended.

How do I cancel an order on ShopRite?

To cancel an online order, please log into ” My Account ” and click on “Order History”. Next to the appropriate order, choose “Cancel”. If your order is no longer available the store has started picking the order. Please call our Personal Shopper Team at the store and provide us with the time and order number of the order to be canceled.
