Is there any customer service at Park Resorts?
No phone contacts /customer service at all, unless of course you want to buy, then there are lots of people. This company has gone downhill, no customer care, its all about the cash for Park Resorts, avoid!! Matthew, I am terribly sorry to hear of your recent view of our company.
What are some of the problems with Park Resorts?
No reply from the CEO of the Company. Dirty caravan that hadn’t been cleaned. Biscuit wrappers from previous occupants in the cupboard. Broken Bed. No lock on the windows in bedroom two. No shelves in the fridge – replacements supplied which were wrong size. Eggs/yoghurts/milk all spilled on the floor injuring my wife. No lights in bedroom one.
What was the worst experience at Parkdean resort?
Arrived at Parkdean site Ayr 09/07/2021. This is our 5 the visit to a Parkdean site this year…by far the worst experience. I had a discussion with the Site General Manager regards the state of the caravan, general health and safety issues of the park and the level of accomodations that was offered to people who had paid for upgrades.

We booked a break at Parkdean resorts Southview In Skegness 25/09/2020. We did this after looking on their website & booked it through them, on the web site they state that extra deep cleaning is taking place due to Covid 19, also they had contactless check in.
