What is QTAC selection rank?

What is a QTAC course code?
A QTAC code is a unique code number assigned by QTAC to each program for which they process applications for. A program code is unique identifying number assigned by UQ for each of our programs. To find a program’s QTAC code or program code, search the Future Students website for your program.

I have my QSA and LUI number I was wondering how I would go about on filling the “student number” field. Sorry for resorting to this thread but none of my friends are of any help and the qtac website is of no help either.
Do you need USI to apply for QTAC?
The application won’t accept your Education Queensland ID (EQID) or Unique Student Identifier (USI). Do I need to add my UCAT information? How long does a QTAC account last for?
Your QTAC account will last for 5 years at which point you will need to create a new account. Applications last for one admissions year running from August through to July. To make sure your application is submitted on time, check out our key dates.
