What can you do with OneCard points?

Every 2,000 points gets you a $15 Onecard e-voucher. As soon as you have earned a Onecard e-voucher it will be loaded onto your nominated Onecard (we’ll let you know by email when it’s available). You can use it in-store, at the checkout or online when it suits you.

What is OneCard member?

ONECARD Privileges+ is the Bandar Utama Loyalty Card that allows you to earn and redeem UPoints at over 710 ONECARD participating outlets in 1 Utama Shopping Centre, One World Hotel, 1 First Avenue, Centrepoint Neighbourhood Centre, The Club @ Bukit Utama and at Village Shops @ The Club.

How do I top up OneCard?

1. Press the “ONECARD Top Up” button on the screen.
2. Insert ONECARD+ into the card slot (left)
3. Select the appropriate top up amount (RM5 – RM500)
4. Insert the amount of money that was selected into the money slot. The machine only accepts the following cash notes (RM1, RM5, RM10 & RM50)
5. Collect receipt (if needed)

Do OneCard points expire?

Expiry of Onecard Points Onecard Points earned from 00:01 on 12 October 2020 expire 12 months after the date they are “earned”. The date your chosen Reward is “earned” will normally be the date of the relevant purchase.

How do I check my one card points?

To check your points balance, simply Sign In to the Onecard Dashboard or download the myCountdown app to keep track of your rewards balances, Boosts and e-vouchers.

How do I put money on my one card UNC?

To add funds to your student’s card:

1. Log into the UNC GET website.
2. Choose “Continue”
3. Choose “Click Here to Deposit into A Student’s Account”
4. Enter required information.
5. Click “Continue”
6. Verify information and click “Continue”
